Lots of original minifigure designs were created for The Skywalker Saga, so there’s no indication that this figure will ever come to exist in the physical world, but it would surely make a great promo or exclusive DK book figure if it did. He has detailed arm and side of leg printing, and features dual-molded brown and black legs.
